WE NEED LOCAL ACTORS, MODELS, & VOICE TALENT
We started Creative Sparks Productions in 2003 with the goal of producing "big city" style television advertising and other business oriented video productions on a small town budget. Digital video has reached a point where there is no reason to settle for poor quality. Creative Sparks Productions gives even the smallest business access to animated 3D graphics, vector-key ("green screen") effects, interactive DVDs, multi-camera shoots, and a large library of quality music, motion graphics, and stock footage from around the world.
But while we continue to push the limits of what can be done from a technical standpoint, we are limited by the on-camera and voice-over talent at our disposal. Our budgets are so small, there is usually no money available to hire actors or voice talent. Our on-camera talent is usually made up of employees and family members of the business owners. Most of our voice-overs are done by US! That's not our job. Our job is to make OUR clients look good to THEIR clients.
So we're looking for fresh faces and voices. We expect most of them to come from NAU Performing Arts & Electronic Media students, but we need people of all ages and backgrounds.
The pay is small. In fact, in most cases, it's non-existent.

We'll give you a free DVD copy of your ad, and extra copies at a reduced price of $2.50. We'll even give you the right to duplicate the DVD yourself, if you have the right equipment. And if we wind up casting you more than once or twice, we'll even put together a resume DVD for you, with no charge for editing, and the same reduced duplication rate.
Our television ads are seen on cable systems in Flagstaff, Kingman, Sedona, Lake Havasu City, & Bullhead City, on as many as 24 major national cable networks. Some have even been shown in Phoenix and Las Vegas. And our ads are also broadcast during local and network programming thoughout Northern Arizona.
It's a fact that many famous actors got their start in commercials. And voice-over work can be a lucrative business in itself. But it can be a difficult to get your foot in the door.
